We Come to You
For most office issues, we come straight to your premises and diagnose the problem onsite — often resolving it right there, with minimal disruption to your team. Some repairs, such as a screen replacement or mainboard fault, are better handled at our workshop, and we’ll tell you upfront when that’s the case. Either way, you’ll know what the issue is and what it involves before any equipment leaves your office.
We only move your equipment when the repair genuinely needs it — never by default.

How Our Pricing and Onsite Visits Work
Every tech issue is different, so we keep billing clear and step-by-step — you will always know the likely cost before we begin.
1. Remote pre-check and price range. Before we dispatch anyone, we assess the symptoms remotely and give you an expected price range for the likely work. As long as the issue falls within that range — whether it’s the problem we expected or a similar one in the same range — that’s what you’ll pay.
2. $58 standard onsite fee. A flat $58 per visit covers the callout fee for most Singapore locations during weekday office hours. (Surcharges apply for after-hours, urgent, or outlying areas such as Tuas or Loyang, to confirmed with you upfront.) If we carry out an onsite diagnosis but no repair goes ahead (whether you decide not to proceed, or no clear fix is found) a diagnosis fee applies in addition to the onsite trip fee.
3. Confirming the cost onsite. Once onsite, we verify the issue firsthand and confirm the cost before any repair:
- If we carry out a repair: you pay the $58 onsite fee plus the agreed service fee.
- If no service is done: if you decline the repair, or no reasonable solution is found onsite, you pay the $58 onsite fee plus a diagnosis fee.
- If costs change: if our onsite checks reveal the work is more involved than the initial range covers, we’ll let you know and confirm a new cost with you before continuing. We never proceed with additional costs without your go-ahead.
4. Follow-up visits. Some issues take more than one step to resolve fully. If a problem needs a further visit, that return trip is quoted in advance as a new job, so you always know the cost before we proceed.

Yes. We provide onsite IT support across Singapore. We travel to your office, diagnose the problem onsite, and resolve it there whenever feasible. Equipment is only taken back to our workshop when a repair genuinely can’t be done on your premises.
Do you support small offices that don’t have IT staff?
Yes — that is who we work with most. If your business runs without an in-house IT team, we act as the IT person you call when something needs attention, whether for one-off issues or ongoing support.
What happens if the problem can’t be fixed onsite?
We explain the issue and your options, and you decide how to proceed. We only take equipment back to our workshop when necessary, and any off-site work is quoted and agreed with you first.
