Will this guarantee my emails never land in spam?
No IT provider can guarantee 100% inbox delivery, as that depends heavily on your emailing behavior and content. What we do is correctly configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC which help support email delivery to inboxes rather than spam folders. Ongoing email reputation depends on sending behaviour and usage practices, which are outside vendor control.

Can you move our existing email over to Microsoft 365?
Yes — email migrations from providers like Google Workspace or other IMAP / POP hosts are available as a separate, custom-quoted service. Every migration is assessed first, since the approach depends on your current mailbox size, data, and provider. Contact us with your setup for an assessment.

This service covers the initial setup and configuration of your Microsoft 365 email — creating mailboxes, configuring your domain, enabling MFA, and getting email running on your devices. It assumes your devices are working and up to date; diagnosing or fixing pre-existing computer, phone, or software problems falls outside the setup scope and will be assessed and charged separately if required. Ongoing support and changes after handover are available as ad-hoc or retainer services.
